NEVIR Connect is our new structured mentorship programme, pairing experienced IR
professionals with those earlier in their careers or transitioning into investor relations.

The programme runs from January to December 2027 and focuses on practical experience
sharing, career development, and strengthening professional networks within the Dutch IR
community.

We are now inviting registrations  of interest from both mentors and mentees for 2027:

· Mentors: Senior IR professionals with 8+ years of experience

· Mentees: Early- to mid-career professionals, those transitioning into IR, or
professionals interested in an IR role

· Commitment: Approximately 4–6 mentoring meetings over the programme period,
plus participation in a kick-off and closing event
